Maree-CareFlow Enterprise is built for large disability service networks, NDIS Plan Management organisations, and multi-site allied health groups - with 30 seats included and AUD $29 per additional seat, white-label branding, single sign-on through your own identity provider, and priority support with response times agreed in your contract.
All Practice plan features, plus enterprise-grade additions designed for organisations with 15+ practitioners.
30 seats included in the contract floor, then AUD $29 per additional active practitioner per month. Support coordinators and admin staff join on the same rate - no step-change, no renegotiation.
Set your product name, logo and two brand colours under Admin > Branding. They apply across the staff app, the participant portal, branded PDFs and outbound email. A custom domain is recorded against your organisation and, once your operator points the DNS at the install and issues its TLS certificate, the login page at that address carries your branding - DNS and certificates are an operator step, not something the application provisions.
OpenID Connect. SAML 2.0 is not supported. Federate with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, Google Workspace or any other conformant OpenID Connect provider, with optional just-in-time account creation and an option to require SSO instead of passwords. Multi-factor authentication is also available and can be enforced organisation-wide.
Receive a formal written commitment that all participant health information remains within Australian infrastructure - suitable for your DTA compliance documentation.
A named account manager for your organisation. Priority email support with response times agreed in your contract. Quarterly business reviews available.
Dedicated onboarding session - our team joins your install live, configures your environment, imports your data, and trains your first administrators.
Integration assistance with your existing payroll, rostering, referral management, and finance systems. REST API with commercial licence included at no extra cost.
Multi-participant portfolio management, provider payment processing, PACE bulk claim files (portal upload), and PM-specific reporting - designed for registered Plan Management providers.
The NDIA publishes no machine-to-machine claiming API, so no product can submit a PACE claim for you, ours included. Maree-CareFlow builds the portal-ready bulk payment request file and validates it; a person uploads it to the provider portal.
Single enterprise agreement covering multiple locations, business units, or franchised practices. Centralised admin dashboard across all sites.
Complete the form and our enterprise team will get back to you within one business day (AEST). We'll schedule a discovery call to understand your workflow requirements and put together a tailored proposal.
