Maree-CareFlow demo dataset - Harbourview Allied Health (Demo)
Bundle version 1.7.6 batch id: careflow-demo-1.7.6

EVERYTHING IN HERE IS FICTIONAL
===============================
There is no Harbourview Allied Health. Every participant, staff member,
address, NDIS number, claim number, phone number and email address in this
bundle is invented for demonstration. NDIS numbers are 43000000x - valid in
shape, obviously synthetic in value. Phone numbers are in the 04x0 000 xxx
range, which is not allocated to anyone. Email addresses are on
example.com.au, a reserved domain. The ABN is 51 824 753 556, the ATO's own
published example. No real person's record is in this file, and none of it is
anybody's health information.

Do not use it as a template for real data entry, and remove it before you go
live (see REMOVING IT below).

WHAT IS IN IT
=============
One organisation with two Hobart sites, a clinical team across the roles a real
practice runs, and participants across NDIS (agency, plan and self managed),
Home Care Packages, Support at Home, CHSP, DVA, private, motor accident and
WorkCover - with six months of history behind them and six months of work ahead.

The exact counts are below, and they are COUNTED FROM THIS FILE rather than
written by hand. (The prose here used to say "eight staff" and "forty
participants" while the table underneath said 6 and 42 - the practice has eight
staff but only six of them are practitioners, and the 42 includes two
deliberate near-miss duplicates. A reader could see both numbers at once and
conclude the bundle was wrong.)

  appointments        1562
  care_plans            12
  clients               42
  clinical_notes       237
  contacts              57
  funding_pools         60
  goals                 63
  incidents              1
  ndis_plans            18
  practitioners          6
  risk_assessments       1
  sites                  2
  time_entries         367

Contacts, plans, funding pools, goals, appointments (including recurring
series and telehealth), clinical notes, care plans, claim lines, clinical risk
assessments and an incident report all come across with the participants they
belong to.

Rosters, pay runs, travel, fleet, equipment, supervision and the participant
portal are part of the product and are demonstrated in it, but they are not in
this bundle: every one of them belongs to a STAFF ACCOUNT, and an import
creates practitioner profiles rather than logins. Set those up with your own
staff once the participants are in.

HOW TO IMPORT IT
================
  1. Sign in as an administrator.
  2. Open "Data Import" in the left sidebar. (It is its own entry, next to
     "Data & Backup" - not inside it.)
  3. Choose "Spreadsheet / Other (auto-detect columns)" as the source.
  4. Upload this zip file exactly as it is - do not unpack it.
  5. Read the reconciliation report. Nothing has been written yet: the whole
     import sits in staging until you sign it off.
  6. Sign off (authority to transfer) and press Commit.

The import is not instant magic and is not meant to look like it. You will see
each row's validation state, every duplicate it found against data you already
have, and a per-entity count of what will be created.

WHAT IT DOES NOT CREATE
=======================
Login accounts. The bundle carries practice DATA, never credentials - shipping
a published file that creates working logins with a published password would
be indefensible. Your own administrator account, the one you created when you
installed, is how you sign in.

THE PARTICIPANT PORTAL
======================
The bundle carries no portal accounts - it cannot, for the reason just given.
Any of its participants can be invited, and these steps set one up. (This
section used to open "two demo participants are set up for the portal", which
contradicted the paragraph above it and sent the reader looking for two
participants they could not find.)

  0. FIRST enable the add-on: Admin -> Modules -> "Participant Portal +
     Self-Booking". It is a paid add-on and it is OFF on a new install, so
     without this step the Invite button answers 402 and none of what follows
     can be started. It is included free for the duration of the public beta.
  1. Open a participant, then Participant Portal -> Invite.
  2. Use the participant's own (fictional) email address.
  3. Activate the invitation and CHOOSE YOUR OWN PASSWORD. Do not reuse one
     printed in a file that ships to everybody: this step creates a real,
     working login on your install, and it will still be there afterwards.
     Remove the portal accounts you create here before the practice goes live.
  4. Sign in at /participant with that email address and password.

The care plans in this bundle are written to be shared to the portal, so the
participant view has something real in it.

REMOVING IT
===========
Every row in every file carries a `demo_batch_id` of

    careflow-demo-1.7.6

Maree-CareFlow records that on the import job, so it knows exactly which
records this bundle created. To take it all back out:

  "Data Import" in the left sidebar -> "Remove demo data"

That deletes the records THIS batch created and nothing else. Participants you
entered yourself are never in range. A demo record you have since built real
work on top of is KEPT rather than destroyed, and the result tells you how
many were kept and why.

Or, over the API:

    DELETE /api/v1/imports/demo/careflow-demo-1.7.6
